JinkoSolar to help the polysilicon project with interest in Xinte Energy unit

June 21 (Renewables Now) – Chinese sun oriented module producer JinkoSolar Holding Co Ltd (NYSE:JKS) will make a CNY-315-million (USD 48.7m/EUR 41m) invesment in a unit of area player Xinte Energy Co Ltd (HKG:1799) to help the development of a high-virtue polysilicon creation line.

JinkoSolar will partake in a capital climb at Xinte’s entirely claimed auxiliary Inner Mongolia Xinte Silicon Materials Co Ltd, it was declared on Monday. The previously mentioned venture will give JinkoSolar a 9% stake in the firm.
